- General Policy : All purchases made on SSRK Academy are considered final. We do not offer refunds as a standard practice, as our courses are digital products made immediately accessible upon purchase
- Exception — Partial Refund (50%)
We understand that circumstances can vary. As a goodwill gesture, a one-time partial refund of 50% of the course fee may be considered strictly under the following conditions:
The refund request is raised within 7 days of the date of purchase
The learner has accessed less than 20% of the course content
The request is submitted in writing to our support team
If both conditions are met, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
More than 20% of the course has been accessed or watched
The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
The learner claims dissatisfaction after completing a significant portion of the course
Purchases made during sale, discount, or promotional offers
Combo packs or bundled course purchases - Technical Issues
